PDFs selected for cropping and merging
The crop and merge tools read your selected files on your device using browser-based code. The application does not upload your PDFs, extracted SKU text, or cropped output to a PDF-processing server. File content is used to render previews, calculate crop suggestions, and create downloads.
Work is held in browser memory during the session. The application does not maintain a server-side history of your PDFs and does not intentionally store them in browser local storage. Downloaded output remains wherever you choose to save it. Closing or reloading the page clears the application's working state; it does not delete your original or downloaded files.
Website requests and hosting
Opening the hosted website sends ordinary web requests to its hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may handle information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URLs to deliver and protect the site. Local PDF processing should not be interpreted as a claim that visiting a website creates no technical network records. The hosting provider controls its own infrastructure records and retention practices.
Images selected for conversion and compression
The image converter, compressor and product-photo variant generator also work locally in your browser. Selected image contents and generated previews are not uploaded to an image-processing server. Downloaded images and ZIPs are saved to your device. Closing or reloading the page discards the tool’s working state but does not delete downloaded files.
Support email
If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We receive your address and the information you include so that we can consider your enquiry and respond. Do not include unredacted customer documents or unnecessary personal information. Support correspondence may be retained for follow-up and record keeping; this site does not publish a fixed deletion schedule. You can ask about or request deletion of correspondence by contacting the address above, subject to applicable obligations.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising in this version
The tool's own code does not set advertising cookies or include an analytics tracker. No Google AdSense advertising code has been added to this version. Hosting, sign-in infrastructure where applicable, and websites you visit through external links may have separate cookie or technical-storage practices.
If Google advertising is introduced, this policy and the site's consent setup must be updated to describe the actual implementation. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to choose ads based on visits to this and other websites. Such cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalise advertising across sites. Advertising choices can be managed through Google My Ad Center; additional third-party choices may be available at aboutads.info. The downloadable HTML includes the PDF-processing resources needed for the tool; following its external reference links still requires a network connection.
Your choices
You can use fabricated or redacted files, close the tool when finished, manage downloads and browser settings, and choose not to contact us by email. For questions about personal information you have provided directly, email us with enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically needed and agreed.
Changes to this policy
We will revise the published policy when the website's described practices change. Check the updated date and contact us if a statement appears inconsistent with the behaviour you observe.
