What the service provides
quicklabelcrop allows you to crop existing PDF pages, add optional SKU annotations, merge files, and prepare printing layouts. It does not issue postage, generate authorised tracking numbers, arrange deliveries, provide tax advice, or act on behalf of a marketplace or courier.
Your documents and responsibilities
Use only documents you own or are authorised to process. You retain your rights in your source documents. You are responsible for protecting customer information, following applicable requirements, and ensuring that the document you print belongs to the correct order.
Keep original PDFs and inspect the downloaded output. Check addresses, tracking data, barcodes, SKU values, page ranges, dimensions, and invoice handling before dispatch. Automatic detection and text extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. A sample provided by the tool is for demonstration and is not valid for shipping.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to fabricate shipping credentials, deceive recipients, process documents without permission, distribute malicious material, or interfere with the website. Do not present an edited label as an official document if your changes make it misleading or invalid.
Availability and technical limits
We may update, change, or discontinue features. Processing depends on your browser, device memory, and source file. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every PDF, or acceptance of a printed label by a courier. Current file limits and supported layouts are explained in the tool.

Guides are informational and may become outdated as marketplace interfaces change. Follow the current instructions for your seller account and shipment. Links to other websites are provided for reference; those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Marketplace names do not imply endorsement.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools and content are provided as available without a promise of error-free results. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect source document, an unreviewed crop, or printer configuration outside the tool. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
